Supply of Assorted Bursary Materials to Plan International Sierra Leone

Plan International is an international child-centred humanitarian organization, which strives for a just world that advances children's rights and equality for girls.

Plan International has been working in Sierra Leone over the past 45 years with a focus on education, health, youth and children’s empowerment backed by advocacy work that engages policymakers and communities to dialogue on issues of inequality to promote lasting change and social justice.

Plan International Sierra Leone is planning through its GEC T project funded by DFID to purchase assorted bursary materials (school bags, exercise note books, pens, pencils, transparent rulers, geometry sets, erasers, logarithm books, graph books and metal sharpers)

Plan is hereby requesting all interested and qualified firms to prepare and submit their bids at its Head Office at No. 6 Cantonment Road, Off King Harman Road Freetown or submit online through on or before Monday 16th November, 2020 at 11:30 am in a sealed envelope super scribing “Supply of Assorted Bursary Materials to Plan International Sierra Leone”


Interested bidders can collect a copy of the bid documents by writing to this address or by getting a physical copy of the bidding document at the reception of the Head Office of Plan International Sierra Leones at the above address from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 m to 4:30 pm and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm


Queries/request for clarification must be directed to latest on Friday 13th November, 2020
