CONDITIONS OF SALE:
- Each item would be awarded to the highest bidder;
- All items are to be sold on an “as is where is and what is” basis and without recourse or warranties of any kind;
- A bidder can bid for more than one item. Each bid should be in a separate envelope with clear mention of the disposal code of the asset;
- Prospective bidders can inspect the items on open days from 15th to 30th November, 2023 within the hours of 10:00 am to 03:00 pm. Location of the items is at Freetown Country Office, Port Loko PIIA and Moyamba PIIA bidders can contact Mohamed Jabbie, Logistics Officer in Freetown, Edith Farma, Admin Officer Port Loko and Aminata Koroma, Admin Officer in Moyamba for inspection of the motorbikes.
- The bid documents can be collected on working days from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm from any of the Plan International offices listed above;
- Bids should be valid forthe period of 45 daysfrom the date ofthe submission deadline; 7. Bid winners are required to pay for items within 5 working days after notification of winning;
- Notified winners, who fail to pay for the ITEM won within 5 working days, will forfeit the item and will be offered to the next highest bidder;
- Successful bidder must lift items within five (5) days from the day of issue of award letter. 10. Bids not properly addressed, without the use of the official bid forms, or submitted after the stated deadline will be invalidated;
- Bids should be delivered no later than 4.00pm on 6th December 2023. Bid should be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “SLE/DISP004/FY24”, and could be submitted to any of
