World Vision is a global Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. World Vision serves all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.
World Vision International Sierra Leone has been operational since 1996 assisting communities with various interventions in health, education, child protection, water & sanitation and livelihoods.
World Vision International, Sierra Leone, Global Fund Grant invites eligible vendors and service providers for the following categories of goods, Services, and works required by the Grant for its operations.

Interested and reliable vendors, suppliers/service providers should send detailed ccompany profile with valid certification such us (Business Registration, NASSIT Clearance, NRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Ministry of Works Certificates for Construction Services and SLIE Certificate , GST Certificate,Audit Report, Environmental Certificate etc. as applicable) of Category of interest stated above, by hand delivery to WVISL reception or by email to wvisl_supplychain@wvi.org. This should be submitted no later than 18th September 2024 at 14:30 Hrs GMT.
- There is an urgent need for the supply and delivery of the following from eligible supplies and services for a recently acquired grant project and the World Vision Sponsorship programs.
World Vision International Sierra Leone herewith invites interested suppliers and service providers to submit seal proposals for the below categories:
WVISL/GF/SV/003/09/2024 – Catering Services at District and Community Level
WVISL/GF/SV/004/09/2024 – Stationary
WVISL/GF/SV/004/09/2024 – Hotel Accommodation and Conference Facilities in Freetown and District Level
WVISL/GF/GD/002/9/2024 – Office Furniture
WVISL/GF/GD/003/09/2024 – Supply and Maintenance of Air Conditioner
WVISL/GF/SV/005/09/2024 – Vehicle Repair or Maintenance Services
WVISL/GF/GD/004/09/2024 – Office equipment and accessories and supplies
WVISL/GF/GD/004/09/2024 – IT Supplies
WVISL/GF/SV/OO5/09/2024 – Cleaning Services
WVISL/GF/SV/006/09/2024 – Print Advertising and Online Publication
Bidders are requested to address any queries concerning this EOI to: wvisl_supplychain@wvi.org latest the 16 September, 2024.
For detailed specifications and bidding documents to participate in the sourcing event for the goods and services, interested suppliers/ service providers can request in writing to the procurement unit and pick up the bidding document at the WVISL National Office in Freetown, Provincial Offices in Tikonko-Bo District, Kabala – Koinadugu District and Koidu – Kono District in Sierra Leone.
The deadline for the submission of bids is Wednesday, the 18th of September, 2024 at 14:30 Hrs GMT.
