Craft Management Solutions (“CMS”; formerly Craft Human Resources Limited) is a leading integrated management solutions company, which provides a range of services designed to support and advise a wide spectrum of organisations with their business development activities, in particular the Human Resource Management and Facilities Management functions. We provide dedicated Outsource Management Services as well as support for internal organisational structures and teams. We also offer Bespoke Training at all levels, and Skills Development Training for a variety of trades and crafts. Furthermore, we boast expertise in managing and operating skills Development and  Incubator Programs

We are currently seeking to recruit two (2) Human Resources (“HR”) Practitioners at middle management level to join both our team and our client’s team.

One (1) practitioner will primarily support our client’s operations and will be placed with directly that client to handle day-to-day HR management activities.

The other practitioner will be based within the Craft Management Solutions office and and will lead on CMS HR activities, including part of the client portfolio

Both roles are quite similar with responsibilities as follows:

This is a Senior Officer position with the responsibility to oversee the day to day running of HR and administrative operations for CMS, related companies and our various clients. The candidates should have the ability to work diligently under pressure and effectively carry out complex HR and Administration duties. S/he must have excellent attention to detail ,discretion, and the ability to incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results

Responsibilities will include the development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of HR & Administrative plans and procedures in accordance with the organizations and national policies relating to Administration and HR management.

S/he will have the responsibility to monitor, maintain, and implement administrative management policies, systems, structures, and processes; and ensure daily administrative transactions are accomplished. This position is responsible for ensuring staff are provided with key information on HR processes and procedures, and related duties as required. The HR & Administrative Support Manager ultimately supports the Managing Partner, Lead HR Consultant, and other senior managers.

The candidates must have a good knowledge of HR principles and the ability to carry out HR Advisory work, including a in depth understanding of the Sierra Leone Employment Act 2023, the Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) relating to all sectors, and Trade Union arrangements and laws.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a top requirement for this role.
