  • RFQ published: 14th April 2025 
  • Deadline for written questions: 24th April 2025
  • Deadline/ Submission date: 25th April 2025 at 1:00pm
  • Contract award (estimated) on or before 30th April 2025

Interested bidders can request for the tender/RFP document: 

  1. From CRS Office in Freetown through email sl_procurement@crs.org referencing RFP #SL5048 from 11th April 2025 to 25th April 2025 between 9:00am and 4:00pm from Mondays to Thursdays and between 9:00am and 2:00pm on Fridays. 
  2. Bids/RFPs must be deposited in the Tender Box referencing SL5048 at the “Reception” of either CRS Freetown Office at #6 Jagiko Drive, Off Regent Road, Hill Station, Freetown, on or before 25th April 2025 at 1:00pm and/or through the secure Bid email SL.bids@crs.org on or before 25th April 2025 at 1:00pm.
  3. Any bid/RFP received after the time and date stipulated will not be accepted.

Purpose of the RFQ

CRS Sierra Leone is looking for a professional Company or Individual Business to provide Pro Licensing for Comcare Platform and Power Bi Pro Licensing and Microsoft Suit for Caritas Makeni, Through CRS-SL Freetown Office, located at 6 Jagiko Drive, Hill Station off Regent Road, Freetown, at a competitive price and expected delivery period.

  2. CRS retains the right to reject, cancel, negotiate, amend, split, and accept any offer, without consideration of the lowest offer.
