Construction of 59 (118 classrooms) Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers, with playground facilities and solar powered borehole submersible pump WASH facilities across five districts in Sierra Leone.
• Acted as the project manager in the successful delivery of 100% of this project (All 59 ECD Centers successfully completed within their scheduled timelines).
• Supervised and provided support to two quality assurance consultancy firms during the planning phase. All design and technical documents prepared, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Eight contractors POs created in a timely manner, working in close collaboration with UNICEF Supply Manager and other supporting contract administrators during the procurement phase.
• Conducted 26 field monitoring trips, to closely monitor the project performance outputs and carryout work progress measurements. This contributed to the execution of the project within its estimated budget limit, scheduled timeline, and specified quality requirements.
• Conducted 28 technical meetings with government counterparts and other key project stakeholders.

Design and supervision of twelve infrastructural facilities implemented in the Southern region of Sierra Leone.
• Successfully delivered 8 WASH facilities for farmers’ organizations in the Southern Province.
• Design and construction of 4 block extension offices with WASH facilities in the North and Southern regions of the country, for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Rehabilitation of 52 selected pilot phase Agricultural Business Centers (ABCs), in the nine SCP/GAFSP operational districts of Sierra Leone.
• Completed the design phase of 52 ABCs within two months.
• Supervised the rehabilitation of these 52 ABCs within eight months.
• Completed the design of 55km of climate resilient feeder roads and farm tracks.
• Ensured operational surface water and solar-powered boreholes irrigation systems for five farmers’ organizations.

Acted as the Project manager for various projects, including:
• Construction of 13 drying floors with a minimum area of 225m2 each.
• Design and construction of 13 crops processing and storage facilities, with a combined capacity of 675m3 each.
• Renovation and upgrading of nine Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Regional offices.
• Developed comprehensive rehabilitation design proposal for two agricultural training centers in Port Loko and Tonkolili Districts.
