I recently completed a Project Management course offered by the SKEP Foundation in collaboration with Google. This program provided a comprehensive understanding of project planning, execution, and monitoring. Through a structured curriculum, I learned about key concepts such as project life cycle, risk management, budgeting, and communication strategies. The course also emphasized the use of project management tools like Gantt charts and task trackers, enhancing my organizational skills. Real-world case studies and assignments helped me apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, strengthening my problem-solving abilities. The mentorship and support from the SKEP Foundation created a productive learning environment. This course not only improved my technical skills but also boosted my confidence in managing teams and meeting deadlines effectively. It was a valuable step in my career development, aligning with industry standards and preparing me for certification opportunities. I am grateful for this learning experience and excited to apply these skills professionally.
