Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
1.Work directly with the programmed director and other program staffs for reprograming of activities, budget realignment, drafting of partner agreements and serve as the focal person for all pre-award assessments, organizational holistic assessments and for the development of internal control plans for the implementing partners.
2.Responsible for capacity building of all implementing partners in financial management and donor compliance.
3.Take the lead in donor financial reporting.
4. Lead all budget reviews and formulate partner financial reporting templates against approved budgets.
5. Support the programmed departments on budget realignments and budget variance analyses.

As a senior partnership finance and compliance officer, I supported in the grant management of the Social Mobilization and Action Consortium (SMAC) funded by DFID and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The Non State Actors (NSA) project – Referral Pathway - from street to school funded by European Union and Irish Aid, the Consolidated Action for Protection and empowerment of children and youth (CAPE) funded by DFID, feed the future project funded by USAID, youth for pro-poor growth founded by UNDP

As a business development manager, I worked with the Sierra Leone private sector, Ministry of trade and industry, Ministry of Agriculture, Sierra Leone investment and export promotion agency (SLIEPA), NGOs and SLIBA membership and helped to provide business management skills through business development trainings, business plans and business manuals development, business mentoring and coaching, mini-proposal writing, facilitating access to loan facilities and other supportive services.
