Responsibilities:
• Regular and timely data collection and analysis.
• Timely report writing and submission supervisor and top management
• To advocate for the less privileged girls and women, and preach against gender discrimination.
• To sensitized and empower girls and women about their rights and responsibilities.
• To campaign against early marriage, teenage pregnancy, abuse or domestic violence.
• To constitute SHE into a service Organization to actively promote and foster suitable health measures for the attainment of healthy girls and women, and to establish cooperative relations with civic and governmental institutions and agencies in the field of public health service.
• To train girls and women on leadership skills and life skills.
• To inspire and empower girls and women through our mentorship programs.
• To equip girls and women with entrepreneurship and employment skills.
• To enable girls and women to transform their own lives, their families and their community at large and positive impact on their well-being.
• We reach out to young girls and women and support them to build up their capacities, self-esteem, confidence and reliance.
