Tender Notice: For Dry Wall Partition and Installation of Glass Doors and Windows for Office Space

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is inviting bidders for an
Expression of Interest for Dry wall partition and installation of glass doors and windows for
office space.
GIZ intends to reconfigure and upgrade internal office spaces through the construction of dry
partitions and the installation of glass doors and windows. The purpose of these works is to create
functional offices, meeting rooms, and shared work areas that meet modern office standards for
comfort, privacy, safety, and aesthetics.
The scope of work sets out the requirements for a qualified contractor to complete the work.
 Construct high-quality dry partition walls to form offices, meeting rooms, and support spaces.
 Supply and install glass doors and windows to enhance natural lighting while maintaining
acoustic and visual control.
 Ensure all work is safe, durable, neatly finished, and fit for office use.
Tender procedure from invitation to tender until signing of contract is expected to take place in March
2026. Construction work is expected to be performed and completed approximately within 1 month
from signing of contract.
To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the
following information and documents for eligibility assessment:
1) Official letter expressing interest.
2) Company details including full company name, full address, phone and email.
3) Copy of company registration certificate.
4) Copy of valid NaSSIT Clearance Certificate.
5) Copy of Valid NRA – Tax Clearance.
6) Company profile including number of employees (permanent / temporary in total) and number
of professional staff qualified to perform the work (at least 3 staff), each for the last three (3)
years.
7) Civil engineer with at least 5 years working experience in the work as stated above including
short CV of the civil engineer (who will be engaged for the whole execution period);

8) References of not less than (3) works of similar nature as specified above (performed within
the last five (3) years) and at least 3 years’ working experience in the Western Africa region
with a minimum commission value of 20,000 Euro (net)
9) Annual total turnover for each of the last three (3) years; (2023, 2024 & 2025) with an average
value of not less than Five Hundred Thousand New Leones (500,000 New Leones)
10) Evidence of experience in construction of dry wall partitioning

Participants will be evaluated based on the requirement of administrative documents above and
on their technical experience (see technical experience below):
 Three (3) references for construction of dry wall and glass partition (70%)
 Experience in construction of dry walls and installation of glass doors and windows for office
space (30%)

Companies with a mark below 60% will be excluded
