CARE Sierra Leone invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the below intervention. 

Construction and Installation of Solar-Powered Water Supply and Irrigation Systems; and the Provision and Installation of Agriculture Greenhouses – Strong Foundation Project

The project expects to construct and install six (6) of the above-described works in Port Loko and Pujehun districts (three (3) per district) in Sierra Leone.

A complete description of the bidding requirement is attached to the set of bidding documents. The bidding documents received from the Purchaser are not transferable. 

Kindly follow the instructions in the tender document and make your submission in accordance with the bidding documents. 

This tender is open for a period of 15 calendar days starting from Monday 16 March 2026 to closing on Monday 30 March 2026 at 2:00PM.

Late bids will not be accepted.
