Introduction

 BRAC Microfinance Sierra Leone (SL) Limited (BMSLL) was launched in 2008 and has grown to become the largest microfinance institution in the country. Our mission is to provide a range of financial services responsibly to people at the bottom of the pyramid. We particularly focus on women living in poverty in rural and hard-to-reach areas, to create self-employment opportunities, build financial resilience, and promote women’s entrepreneurial spirit by empowering them economically. 

Our core products include a group-based microloan provided exclusively to women, and small enterprise loans for entrepreneurs seeking to expand their businesses. We also provide loans for jobholders with low to moderate income. 

In all our endeavors, we adhere to the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management and the Client Protection Principles, placing clients’ well-being at the center of everything we do to achieve our social mission.

Brac Microfinance Sierra Leone Limited invites eligible, qualified suppliers to participate in its supplier pre-qualification exercise for the period 2026-2027. The exercise aims to establish a reliable and database of trusted vendors to support the operational needs of our offices in Sierra Leone across the following goods and service categories

1. Provision of Fire Extinguishers and servicing
2. Provision of Premises, Equipment and Installations servicing and maintenance services
3. Provision of Air Travel booking and ticketing services
4. Provision of Car Hire and Leasing services
5. Provision of Fleet maintenance, service and repair services
6. Supply of ICT Devices (Laptops, Tablets and modems) and consumables (cartridges) 
7. Provision of Manned guarding and security services
8. Supply of customized and branded merchandise
9. Supply of Safety Gear
10. Supply of Generic off-shelf office stationery
11. Supply of Office Furniture and Equipment
12. Supply of Groceries and consumables
13. Supply of cleaning supplies
14. Provision of Event Management Services
15. Provision of Media Services
16. Provision of Catering Services
17. Provision of motor vehicle servicing and maintenance services
18. Supply of Tyres and batteries
19. Supply of Motorcycle Riding Safety Gear and 1st Aid Kits
20. Provision of printing services
21. Supply of branded merchandise

1. Submission Guidelines:

Pre-qualification Requirement:

Interested vendors MUST complete a vendor pre-qualification form and MUST Submit Valid copies of the following documents to the below address:

• Certificate of Business Registration
• NRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• City Council Certificate
• NASSIT Clearance Certificate
• Proof of experience supply of similar category (e.g. Purchase Order or Contract)
• Company Profile with contact details
• Bank details and payment terms.
