JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible suppliers to submit a tender for the supply and delivery of Assorted ICT Equipment and other Accessories. The aim of this ITT is to enable JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify a supplier capable of providing high-quality equipment and services to support JHPIEGO’s Intervention in Sierra Leone.

Collection of Bid Documents and detailed specification
Interested bidders may collect the detailed bid documents and specifications for the items at the JHPIEGO National Office at #1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Freetown, or send a request for the documents to the following email address: slprocurement@jhpiego.org. Starting from the 24th of April to the 13th of May 2026, between the hrs of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm daily. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.

This competition is being conducted under the Jhpiego Open National Tender Procedure.
The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Jhpiego, Sierra Leone Office
This procurement is funded by the United States Department.
Submission of Tenders
Tenders must be delivered in the following way:
Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Supply and Delivery of Assorted ICT Equipment and other Accessories with the words ‘not to be opened before the deadline, Friday the 15th May 2026, at 2:00 pm GMT to the Private Tender Box located at the Jhpiego office at 1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Freetown.
Envelopes may be sent through postal or courier services or delivered by hand and will be accepted during normal working hours. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.
