Project and implementation with Seventeen (17) years of professional experience across one institution to another in Sierra Leone and the globe; I have extensive administrative experience in development Education, to development Institutions. Curriculum Studies was a core module in all undergraduate programmers (B.Ed.) and at the Masters Level. In addition to studying in the field of social and Humanistic Studies, I have extensive experience in developing or reviewing curricula at the formal and non-formal levels as well as at the tertiary level. I was a lead consultant for the development of three policies for development programs and organizational performance, the Teaching Practice Policy and the Distance Education Policy at the international level).
