I am result-oriented operations management professional, experience in effective coordination, extensive experience in project management, human resources management and business development services, effective timely communication and management of cross-functional development programs and innovative practices – with more than ten (10) years at senior management level. Skills and expertise in multiple sectors including; Agriculture, livelihoods and Food Security, Health and nutrition, Grants and Contract Management, Water and Sanitation, Education, Energy and Information, Communication and Technology, Governance and Democratic Principles. I have the capacity to identify and coordinate relevant information and have supported structures required by projects to facilitate delivery of tasks across all components that required the inputs, coordination and support from Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of Government.

I possess strong strategic planning, analytical and leadership skills with high capacity for cross-functional coordination and oversight of programs results. Personate about transformational leadership, building sustainability mechanism for optimal impact and highly motivated to help an inspirational organization better achieve its overall goal. Extensive experience in gender and youth capacity research and development, capacity to develop training needs assessment tools, which I have used to assess training needs and have conducted numerous trainings for both local and international organizations. Extensive skills and experience in projects design and concept development, viable project proposal development and management in Agriculture, Food Security and Livelihoods, Education, Good Governance and Democratic Principles, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection and social safety net.

Capacity in grants and contracts management, contract negotiations and monitoring and evaluation for public and private partnerships arrangement, skills in building strong partnerships with senior level stakeholders, with implementing partners and other stakeholders including; Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), the media, Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of Government and have coordinated with stakeholders to identify and develop key performance indicators required for relevant level of reporting for programs and projects. Capacity to support management of risk register and mitigate risks and escalate where necessary, skills in collecting, analyzing information for progress reports and program monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management. Strong skills and knowledge of leveraging competitive procurement processes for Public Private Partnership arrangements to ensuring value for money, screening, appraising and analyzing the Costs Benefits Analysis (CBA) of PPP project proposals from MDAs and unsolicited proposals from private proponents. Ability to identify problems and evaluate possible options to quickly implement sustainable solutions.
