I am a Prolific Social Worker with a well-developed Social Work acumen reflecting a career of strong leadership skills, facilitation skills and good knowledge on research and hands on IT; extensive training in the use of tablets and mobile phones in research; experienced researcher in both quantitative and qualitative research; experienced Social Worker with good aptitude, skills in advocacy, development and balanced in dealing with different potential people and entity. I am a person with strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, and ability to take active role in planning, coordinating, and demonstrating commitment to the empowerment of others in the community. I can work as a team in achieving set and common goals. I also believe in reaching out to every single member, identifying their issues, finding solutions to their problems and concerns. Have worked successfully in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams in major districts in Sierra Leone, and can speak English fluently. I am flexible, and can work independently, but a curious learner; I can initiate plans and effectively utilized them when necessary to meet organizational objectives.
