Marian G.S Davies

My name is Marian Davies, graduate with a BSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Advance Management and Technology (UNITECH) in Freetown and a certificate in micro soft packages. Despite my human resource background, have some experiences working with women and youth especially in relation to livelihoods, unemployment, gender based violence and leadership. Have also worked with the YMCA on financial management issues where i assisted the finance department to prepare payrolls, petty cash and bank reconciliation among others. I was assigned at the YMCA primary school to restructure their staff profiling and established a comprehensive data base on all teachers whilst at the same time monitoring their service delivery.
