With over seventeen years (17) of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing fields, I am confident that I am a good fit for sure an opportunity. At my three previous Managerial role jobs – BDO – Sierra Leone; Activa International Insurance Company, Liberia; International Bank Liberia limited, I’ve crafted my management skills, built strong client relationships, and met every corporate objective I’ve been faced with. Working with BDO Sierra Leone as Audit Supervisor, I was able to leakage on prior knowledge from my KPMG and Baker Tilly days to add value to client’s deliverables. As Finance Manager with Activa Insurance (Liberia), I helped boost revenue approximately seventy five (75%) percent year to year by cross selling and up selling while revamping the company’s investment strategies and departmental budgets. Furthermore, at International Bank (Liberia) where I served as Internal Audit and Compliance Manager, I was able to streamline Compliance and Internal Control challenges in order to maximize returns of its shareholders.

As a proven leader with expertise in financial management, I am fully dedicated to my practice and committed to meeting company’s goals through boosting revenue, monitoring budgets and improving financial systems. In addition to many years of practical professional experience, I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Sierra Leone and currently studying towards my Chartered Accountant Qualification -ACCA. Furthermore I possess a certification in Advance Microsoft Office Programs and do have an in-depth knowledge in Financial Modeling and Visualization.

Within my career path I have been able to work in some of the most developed economies and markets in Africa, this includes, South Africa and Nigeria, coupled with experience gain in the local Markets here in Liberia and Sierra Leone thereby shaping me to have a “can-do” attitude.
