Work & Experience
•Used DHIS2 platform to extract CHWs CHIS reports on malaria indicators, shared with DHMT and PHU staffs for action.
•Extracted monthly CHWS CHIS report from DHIS2 and shared with CHWs peer supervisors for their prompt actions.
• Provided mentorship and training to hospital management teams/committees
• Supported planning and implementation of the hospital operations support in Moyamba
• Budget holder for GOAL’s hospital operational funds in Moyamba, under the guidance of District Delivery Senior Manager
• Participated in training of CHWS/PS at the western rural area.
• Participated in the preparation of strategic and operational plans designed to achieve the objectives of the project.
