Aminata Yamama Dawo

My name is Aminata Yamama Dawo. I recently graduated with a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Muhammadiyah University Indonesia and hold a Postgraduate Certificate  in Leadership and Career Vision from Globis University Japan. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.

I have gained practical experience in training program planning and implementation, monitoring capacity-building projects, managing budgets, and developing tailored programs. Over the past five years, I have worked as a community development Officer. As a curious learner, I recognize the fast-paced growth of the world and see the need to shift my career path to Human Resources Management to stay aligned with global trends.
