Work & Experience
Monitor, control, supervise and analyze the supply and use of fuel allocated to all fleet fleets. Enter data/Create coupons in the fleet software (ERP-byte) of all fuel usage. Take and inspect inventory of all vehicle and bikes to confirm their status Reconcile, Confirm and approval fuel invoices for payment as receive from supplier. Collect snapshot (inventory) of all fleet for control purpose i.e. tally picture odometer values with system and correct, report or send for maintenance as the case may be of any abnormality. Monitor and analyze mileage entered by fuel officers in the system and correct or escalate for action.
Receive maintain and issue in Warehouse all goods with necessary documentations intact. Systemize all receipt (created and validate) of good received in warehouse Maintaining required warehouse standard & proper display of items to avoid abnormalities. Regularly check all item in store and report any discrepancy as soon as possible. To maintain minimum and reordered level & inform any shortage to avoid stock out. Cover for procurement when there is vacant due to leave in procurement unit for creating Purchase Order (POs) and other necessary documentations as required by the work schedule.
Make payment request for approval in line with supply request & project budget Procure materials in line with activity budget for project implementation Perform all Bank transaction including reconciliation Make available needs and contingency including per diem (DSAs) for outreach program Do service payment (Internet and credit) as required by the office Manage petty cash Make sure invitation reach beneficiaries of any as required by the organization Give out transport refund and facilitator fees for every activity undertaken Coordinate all meetings (monthly, weekly, end of year and retreat) and file minute to the effect Update the asset register annually Any other job as required by my superiors and contingency
