collection of referral patients from the PHUs and communities for prompt transportation to the secondary referral hospital for immediate action, accompany patient by given first aid treatment before reaching the referral center (KHG),give support to pregnant women for safe delivery during obstructed labour when refer to secondary hospital, administered oxygen to patients when necessary during referral, responds to emergency call for prompt action at any time.

Mentoring and Coaching of PHU staffs, Supervise Community Health Workers, Pay incentives to beneficiaries, Training of Infection Prevention Control (IPC), Conduct refresher training for both PHU staffs and CHW workers on safe delivery, Give monthly report and liquidate on all financial transaction on the field after implementations of programs at the end of every months to the finance department.
