About Candidate

Responsibilities

·       To deliver pre-disbursement orientation training to clients at branch level.

·       To deliver financial literacy training at office and field level.

·       To ensure that customers’ feedbacks are managed in accordance with BRAC Micro finance SL Ltd. Feedback management mechanism.

·       Analyze client’s feedback and produce periodic report to management.

·       Support field level staff with all customer service issues and build their capacity to be more customer centric and products and services delivery.
