Development professional with over ten years expertise in human rights, Community engagement & mobilization, gender based violence (GBV), Child Trafficking, Child protection, case management, project management, networking, capacity building, advocacy, campaigning, lobbying, proposal-writing, and attracting funding for specific programs, interventions, Monitoring and Evaluation and budget management with a strong background in programming and a passion for training and organizational support. Over these years, I have also worked with Community leaders, CSOs, CBOs and national stakeholder through advocacy and lobby and supporting youths in engaging stakeholders and duty bears in Sierra Leone.
