I have studied in Gondar College of medical sciences , now called Gondar university , Ethiopia from Sep 1981 up to Dec 1987.
I have studied public health in London university international program from 2009 up to 2011 in Eritrea . Then I moved to South Sudan where I continued the masters program but because of the civil war in 2013 I could not continue my study as the British council office was closed permanently and in the mean time the period of study expired before completing the study.
Work & Experience
I have worked as chief medical doctor from Jan 2020 up to the present time. I am seeing out patients and in patients and doing consultations from the other doctors .
I have worked as head of clinical services in the head quarter of the ministry of health in Eritrea only for months because I left the country for personal reasons and since then I did not return .
I have worked as regional medical officer of the South region which consists eight programs namely , TB& HIV, mother and child , IDSR, health promotion, health information and management system, environmental health, malaria control . admin and finance programs.
I have worked as GP in Adikeih hospital from Sep 1993 up to Oct 1997 after which I became the medical director of the hospital up to August 2004.
