• Coordinated with a team of CRS internal and external staff to design and secure a 5.1 million USD grant from Helmsley Charitable Trust. Ghana West Africa Programme To Combat AIDS and STIs (WAPCAs), Global Fund Project – Northern and Brong-Ahafo

• Led a team of more than 50 officers and supervisors in delivery of project activities in Northern and Brong-Ahafo Regions, resulting in the sustainable achievement of project results consistently for 5 years • Gathered and shared more than 250 weekly and quarterly reports with WAPCAS partners to ensure drug optimization for HIV. Led in organizing 24 quarterly meetings and routine activities of technical expert groups to enable appropriate implementation of the WAPCAS lists for HIV • Supported the development of presentations, background documents, work, and monitoring plans, as well as meeting reports and technical documents related to the work.
