Managing the McGovern Dole, Food for Education and Child Nutrition Project- All Pikin For Learn IV throughs working with Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE), District Council, District Health Management (DHMT), Teaching Service commission (TSC) and other Partners to improve quality of literacy instructions, reduce short term hunger and Improve attentiveness, improve student and teachers attendance and increase health and dietary practice in fifteen chiefdoms in Koinadugu and Falaba district 309 schools.
Managing the WASH programme to, ensure that the projects are implemented as planned, and technically support the hard and software team. Coordinate with the Freetown Municipalities and District Management Team (DHMT) to provide consistent support and capacity development to (MoHS) staff at Peripheral Unit level and support the with organization management.
Managed the Ebola burial team to ensure quality assurance through training and safe practice promoting safe and dignify burial of patients who died of Ebola in Freetown. Provide supplies and ensure team members accuracy and efficiency to prevent infection at work. Monitor team activity and promote supportive supervision on the job to keep teams up to standards with protocols and standards of practice. Coordinate with District Health management teams to build the capacity of peripheral Health Unit (PHU) staff through Infection, Prevention and Control practice. Promote community participation and engagement to enhance community involvement in health issues and environmental hygiene practices.
Responsible for the management of the hospital in Kambia and Bombali district and five PHUs to ensure effective patient management following approved Ministry of Health protocols and standards. Managed the therapeutic feeding center in Moyamba town to facilitate treatment of malnourish children through the standard feeding protocols.
