Completed M.Sc. in Rural Development studies in 2021 -2022, holder of an honor’s degree in Public Health from Njala University and other relevant short certificates courses in well-established institutions.
I have implemented Health programs for more than eleven (11) years for differ international organizations within humanitarian context particularly on Health System Strengthening, Community Health & Epidemic prevention. Over the years, as Health development Expert, I have provided leadership and quality assurance to multiple Health and Development programmed funded by Irish Aid, FCDO, UNICEF, EU and world Bank etc. I have strong program background implementation on maternal and neonatal Health, Epidemic prevention and Nutrition and WASH. I have provided technical leadership roles to CSOs to implement gender friendly and social accountability project that promote inclusion and enabling environment for good governance participation .
I have supported local partners (SLADA) to adhered to donor compliance, ensure quality project implementation and proper financial management.
Currently working as (ASRH) Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights program Manager in Plan Intenational, providing technical support to Moyamba and Portloko on the implementation Adolescents health program (Sexual Reproductive Health & Right) in Collaboration with UNFPA, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, ministry of gender and children’s affairs, Ministry of youth, ministry of social welfare.
Very good experience working with DHMT (District Health Management Team) at district level on Health System strengthening and Epidemic prevention programs for the past years.
Mohamed have occupied differ strategic positions in international NGOs with major responsibility to working with CSOs, Government line ministries and local partners and ensure that programs are implemented within the expected timelines with high quality.
I have also worked as volunteer for Student Partnership worldwide now called Restless Development under the reproductive Health program in 2007-2008 to disseminate information on social and health issues related to Adolescent Health, Child abuse, Gender, HIV/AIDs,TB and malaria. I have a very strong technical Experience of mainstreaming gender and Safeguarding in to programing.
