Work & Experience
MEAL Systems Design and Implementation:
• Lead the design and implementation of robust MEAL systems aligned with the ALLRight Fund’s objectives, ensuring they meet CRS and donor standards.
• Ensure harmonized MEAL processes across all implementing partners and stakeholders.
Capacity Strengthening:
• Provide technical support and capacity building to local partners on MEAL systems, tools, data quality management, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Facilitate participatory learning and reflection processes to enhance local partners' MEAL competencies.
Data Quality and Management:
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of high-quality data across all project components.
• Conduct periodic data quality assessments (DQAs) and support partners in addressing gaps.
Learning and Knowledge Management:
• Foster a culture of learning through continuous documentation and dissemination of lessons learned, promising practices, and success stories.
