MEAL Systems Design and Implementation:
• Lead the design and implementation of robust MEAL systems aligned with the ALLRight Fund’s objectives, ensuring they meet CRS and donor standards.
• Ensure harmonized MEAL processes across all implementing partners and stakeholders.
Capacity Strengthening:
• Provide technical support and capacity building to local partners on MEAL systems, tools, data quality management, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Facilitate participatory learning and reflection processes to enhance local partners' MEAL competencies.
Data Quality and Management:

MEAL Tool Development and Standardization:
• Develop/adapt MEAL tools (e.g., data collection forms, training assessments, reporting templates) that are user-friendly and context specific.

Monitoring and Data Collection:
• Coordinate and conduct routine monitoring of project activities including school feeding, WASH, literacy interventions, and community engagement.
• Support the use of digital data collection tools (e.g., CommCare or Kobo) for timely and accurate data collection.
• Ensure timely and consistent data collection, validation, and entry into the project database.
Evaluation and Learning:
• Assist in the planning and implementation of baseline, midline, and endline surveys, as well as other assessments (e.g., literacy assessments, dietary diversity studies).
• Contribute data analysis, interpretation, and reporting to inform adaptive management and learning.

Accountability:
• Ensure that feedback and complaints mechanisms are functional and accessible in target communities and schools.

• Train and mentor field agents, school-level focal points, and local partners on MEAL systems, tools, and processes.
