Develop and implement timely and accurate data collection and data reporting flows for the MIND-TB project, including working with informal providers and our partner CISMAT Collaborate with the Medical Informatics Team and programmatic leads to establish and refine digital data collection and reporting in CommCare Monitor the performance of 79 Informal providers on TB screening and 125 CHW in the Mind tb project across Kono District. Conduct data validation exercises and ensure that data is high-quality Train and mentor primary data collectors on accurate and timely data collection, including appropriate use the mobile application CommCare Consolidate data from various data sources and ensure consistency between those Provide weekly M&E reports on progressive realization of targets to programmatic leads Participate in the interpretation and utilization of M&E data to improve systems and programs Assist programmatic leads in designing and conducting quality improvement projects Monitor data collection and address data quality challenges as they arise Training of Informal providers and Community Animators on the referrals process in the Mind TB project and ensure correct data is reported on time Quarterly donor reporting Support programmatic leads in collating M&E quarterly donor reports, including collecting TB case notifications from Kono and Kailahun District In collaboration with the M&E Associate, ensure high-quality and timeliness of M&E quarterly donor reports Operational research Support programmatic leads in conducting and consolidating data for operational research for MIND-TB, including supporting with data cleaning and consolidating data from different sources Conduct independent data analysis and present results in the form of tables, graphics, and reports Monitor the M&E Framework for the MIND-TB project and ensure implementation are in line with frame work. Additional task Supervise and support M&E Coordinators at Koidu Government Hospital with M&E activities across the hospital and laisse with program lead on data quality issues time to time. Organize quarterly review presentation across different programs in the organization Support development of M&E framework for new project and related M&E activities Support the MOHS district TB and HIV supervisors by undertaking field support activities and strengthen quality data collection for decision making Participate in the interpretation and utilization of M&E data to improve systems and programs. Work closely with the Kono District Health Management Team (DHMT) M&E Officer and the Koidu Government Hospital M&E Officer quality data collection, analysis and presentation.
Work with Monitoring, Evaluation, Quality & Research Improvement Manager to strengthen overall M&E activities at PIH supported facility in Sierra Leone •Lead implementation, data collection and reporting M&E activities and tools at the site level. •Preparation of descriptive reports of collected data at the site level for the attention of the M & E Manager. ••Collaborate with clinical staff at site level to ensure quality data collection and interpretation. •Address key specific challenges associated with data quality across various programs •Develop M&E capacity on site through training, mentorship and coaching on best practices for collecting high quality data, conductive analysis and communicating result in formats that are useful to decision makers. •Provide technical assistance in operational research design, statistical support and data visualization. •Provide technical assistance in operational research design, statistical support and data visualization. •Track inventory of medication dispensed on day-to-day basis and enter quantity of drug received each time a shipment is made to the Koidu Government Hospital Pharmacy •Provide technical support to program managers and coordinators in assessing the impact of Partners In Health through participatory approach. •Manage HIV Data base for patients coming to Koidu Government Hospital and Wellbody Alliance and provide monthly and quarterly summary report the Chief Medical officer through the presentation of Key Performance Indicators
