• Conduct onsite coaching and Mentorship to Facilities on Quality Improvement projects in all MCGL supported facility. • Conduct supervision and training for staff on IPC National protocols Adherence. • Works with DHMT to conduct trainings and supervision to access the indicators of Quality Improvement. • Work with facilities to build Quality Improvement teams identify poor performing indicators and use the Quality Improvement tools to improve on them. • Support facility team in implementing their projects and coordinate with community stakeholders. (CHW’s, FMC’s and MSG’s) through integration for achieving one set goal by identifying health concern cases within the communities. • Ensure reports are written and submitted at the end of each activity. • Monitor and provide support to district QI coaches and champions during their Mentorship and coaching in the scale up QI (NON-MCGL) facilities. • Coordinate with implementing partners (DHMT, FOCUS 1000, SLMA and HEALTH ALERT) by providing project update and status during meetings. • Work with line manager to ensure concepts notes are prepared and submitted for upcoming activities and assist in other related issues. • Coordinate with support units (finance, supply chain and logistics) for support to enhance quality and timely project implementation. • Attend to other relevant assigned task by line manager and other project team members. • Represent the district coordinator in all relevant events in and out of the district.
