As Head of Programming for CRS in South Sudan, I provide strategic direction and executive leadership for the entire country portfolio, overseeing an annual budget exceeding $20 million USD. Serving as a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), I work closely with the Country Representative to set the strategic vision of the country program, enforce risk mitigation and compliance, and proactively manage complex security risks within a highly fragile context.
