 Civil Engineer 

Job Title: Civil Engineer 

Location: Freetown 

Department: Engineering / Projects 

Reports to: Chief Engineer 

Job Purpose 

To manage structural integrity, renovations, and maintenance of hotel  infrastructure to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects. • Conduct structural inspections and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Sierra Leone building regulations. • Supervise contractors and construction activities.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university. • Registration or eligibility with the Engineering Registration Council of Sierra Leone.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction or hospitality infrastructure is an advantage.
