BRAC Microfinance (SL) Limited is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to fill up the following position.

 

Position : Human Resource Assistant 

Number of Position : One (1)

Job Location : BMSLL Country Office

 

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
    • Support the onboarding and induction of new employees
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
    • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
    • Assist in filing, documentation, and record management
    • Support HR compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Participate in HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

 

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resource functions (recruitment, onboarding, records management) 
  • Confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with employee information 
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer skills, especially MS Word, Excel, and email
  •  Basic organizational and time-management skills.
  •  Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BSc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, or office support 
  • Attach photocopy of Nation ID Card, Passport or Birth Certificate
  • Attach copy of Academic Certificates
  • Selected candidate will be required to provide an updated police clearance with NASSIT.
