1.ICT OfficerDiploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized College or University.At least 5 years’ progressive responsibility and work experience in IT systems administration role.

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco) are a plus.

Strong experience leading and managing IT and rollout of IT infrastructure within  an Office Building and between offices in 16 districts.

Working experience and familiarity of working with an established NGO will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

Functional Competencies

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot ICT issues and solve all ICT related problems.
  • Support the Organiation’s ICT infrastructure, including  hardware, software, network and systems update.
  • Manage zoom account and set up all official meetings both internal and external.
  • Ensure frequent backups are conducted to protect the organization’s data.
  • Maintain and conduct regular updates of the asset register.
  • Support the Resource Mobilisation Section to regularly check funding portals and provide feedback on funding opportunities.
  • Update the IT Manual once every two (2) years to ensure best practice.
The post holder will be based in Freetown with periodic travel to District Offices nationwide.1
