Background

The Sierra Leone Red Cross Society, with funding from GAVI, is implementing the Integrated Routine Immunization Program, “Find Everyone Everywhere,” aimed at increasing awareness and improving immunization coverage across targeted communities. As part of the initiative, it is essential to develop and distribute high-quality Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, including Posters, Banners (Flex and Roll up) and Jackets, to enhance community engagement and encourage vaccine uptake.

Purpose

The purpose of this procurement is to engage a qualified vendor to print and supply Posters T-shirts, Frequently Asked Questions Banners, and billboards that effectively communicate key messages on routine immunization, targeting caregivers, parents, and communities at large.

 Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for the following:

Printing high-quality materials using durable and weather-resistant materials.

Ensuring content is in line with health communication guidelines from GAVI, the Ministry of Health, and the Sierra Leone Red Cross Society.

Delivering materials to designated locations within the agreed timeline-SLRCS Headquarters.

The Sierra Leone Red Cross Society (SLRCS) now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers as follows:

Lot 1-Printing and supply of IEC MATERIALS.

The vendor is expected to produce the following:

Note:  Partial Quotations will be considered non-responsive.

1. Bidding will be conducted through a national Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure in accordance with the Sierra Leone Red Cross Society procurement manual, which is in line with the National Public Procurement Act 2016, and open to all eligible bidders defined in the Bid Document.

1. Interested eligible Bidders are required to fill this document as the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in the provision given above and enclose with all relevant documentations required. 

c) Bids must be marked on the outer envelope “SLRCS-IEC MATERIALS SLRCS/3038/25th/11/2025

’’ and delivered to the above office on or before: 4:00 PM Monday 22nd December, 2025 and must be accompanied by the following documentation: 

• A true copy of a valid business registration certificate.
• A true copy of a valid and updated tax certificate from the National Revenue Authority (NRA).
• A true copy of a valid and updated clearance certificate from NASSIT.

Submission deadline: 

On or before 4: 00 PM Monday, 22nd December 2025.

Sierra Leone Red Cross Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept incomplete Bids.
