JHPIEGO, through funding from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), continues to provide innovative and evidence-based interventions across high-volume sites in 7 high-burden districts of Sierra Leone to meet the UNAIDS 95-95-95 target for HIV epidemic control.
Significant progress has been made by the MOH-NACP and developing partners to identify people living with HIV. However, there is still a considerable gap in achieving the first 95, which is a key determinant in achieving the second and third 95. Therefore, Jhpiego is supporting the procurement of the approved HIV test kits as a stopgap measure to improve case finding and enhance the continuum of care across the seven districts of Sierra Leone.
JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible suppliers and bidders to submit a tender for the supply and delivery of HIV test kits to support the diagnosis of HIV as part of the strategy to achieve epidemic control in Sierra Leone. The aim of this ITT is to enable JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify suppliers capable of providing and delivering high-quality test kits to support JHPIEGO Sierra Leone’s health project.

Interested bidders may collect the detailed RFP and scope of work at the JHPIEGO National Office at #1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Freetown, or send a request for the documents to the following email address: slprocurement@jhpiego.org. Starting from the 9th to the 17th of December 2025, between the hrs of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm daily. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.

organizations applying.

by 2:30 PM GMT on or before Monday, December 22nd, 2025.
