About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role will
support the Business Development Director in executing brand and product marketing strategies and to
liaise with our sales team. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and has a strong interest in financial
literacy education in West African markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand and product marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and
engagement.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, WhatsApp
automation and messaging, and in-app messaging.
Liaise with vendors to facilitate the delivery of marketing materials/collateral to deadline.
Lead the organisation of promotional events and press launches.
Manage the company’s social media presence and WhatsApp groups.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation.
Contribute to our in-person marketing outreach activities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably as part of an in-house company Marketing team.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Digital campaign reporting
Experience in Meta Business Suite and Paid Ads
Solid computer skills, including Google Suite.
You are able to handle working in a fast-paced start-up environment, across multiple projects
simultaneously
Experience working in or understanding the finance sector, or financial literacy education, is a
plus.
