Assignment: Develop the Digitalization of Human Rights Reporting System
Duration: 10 days
Release day: 24 th February 2026
Application Deadline: 11 th March 2026.
Overview
With support from the Global Fund, World Vision International is implementing the Breaking
Down Barriers Human Rights interventions through the National AIDS Secretariat (NAS) to
reduce the impact of human rights violations on service delivery and uptake. The grant
implementation period will run from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027.
While human rights violations continue to significantly affect service uptake, the established
redress mechanisms are now in place to address the challenges encountered. However, the lack
of standardized tools and fragmented information flow, including delays in reporting, affects
both the quality and timeliness of how redress mechanisms address complaints.
As data accumulates, the importance of effective data management cannot be overstated. This
highlights the need for electronic systems for human rights data collection and management.

We invite suitable applicants with the necessary skills to review the existing documentation and
reporting tools for Human Rights Implementation. This review will be conducted in
collaboration with the Network of HIV Positives in Sierra Leone, civil society organizations, and
