express their interest and submit a quotation as specified below for the supply of
Intel Core 15 processor, 512 GB solid state drive, 8 GB RAM, Free Dos, 14
“(Inches), natural silver, 13th generation, backlite Keyboard.
Deadline for submission: 12th May 2026 at 5:00pm prompt.
DETAIL SPECIFICATION FOR THE LAPTOP COMPUTERS: Intel Core i5
processor, 512 GB solid state drive, 8 GB RAM, Free Dos, 14 “(Inches), natural
silver, 13th generation, backlite Keyboard.
Vendor Requirements
Interested vendors are invited to express their Interest (EOI) if they wish to compete
for the supply of the laptops computers as shown in the specification above.
Interested vendors must meet the following requirements:
Registered with statutory bodies authorized by law.
Up to date NRA Tax clearance certificate and GST certificate.
Provide at least five traceable trade references of previous supplies.
Evidence of policy on zero tolerance to fraud and bribery.
Declare any personal relationship they have with any staff of Emerging Public
Leaders-Sierra Leone.
To verify the correctness of the information provided by the supplier, Emerging Public
Leaders-Sierra Leone will assess the information provided by each supplier.
Please note that quality, price and delivery lead time amongst several factors will
determine the selection of the successful supplier.
Also be advised that all quotation can be quoted in our local currency (New Sierra
Leone Leones) or in foreign currency (US Dollars) including GST.
