JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible suppliers to submit a tender for the provision of Consultancy Services for Digitization of EPRRG Meetings through a One Health Reporting and Decision-Support System. This ITT aims to enable JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify service providers capable of providing high-quality Consultancy Services to support JHPIEGO’s RISE project in Sierra Leone.

1.1 PROCUREMENT PROCESS
This competition is being conducted under the Jhpiego Open National Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Jhpiego, Sierra Leone Office This procurement is funded by the United States Department.
1.2 BIDDING DOCUMENT AND SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document from the JHPIEGO National Office, #1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (behind City Super Market), Freetown, or request it by email at slprocurement@jhpiego.org, quoting the bid title. Documents are available from 6th to 16th October 2026, from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. on Fridays.
Bids must be submitted through hardcopy in a sealed envelope marked Procurement and Provision of Consultancy Services with the words ‘not to be opened before the deadline, to the Private Tender Box located at the Jhpiego office or email at slprocurement@jhpiego.org on or before Monday,19th October 2026, at 4:30 pm GMT’. Please note that the Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.
