CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
REGISTRATION OF CONCERN SIERRA LEONE PROGRAM APPROVED ORANGE MONEY MASTER AGENTS
FOR THE PERIOD 2026 – 2027 (INCLUSIVE)
NB: All current Orange Money Service Providers (master agents) are required to drop their application at our office, 28 Fudia Terrace, Spur Loop, Wilberforce, Freetown.
Concern Worldwide is an international non-governmental humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. Concern has been operational in Sierra Leone for over 28 years, implementing a range of emergency programmes, capacity building of local non-governmental organisations, and community-based activities, with a focus on health, nutrition, WASH, education, livelihoods, conflict resolution and food security.
Many of Concern Sierra Leone’s programmes deliver support to programme participants in various forms and we want to engage mobile money service providers who can do bulk payments through mobile money. Concern is therefore inviting suitably qualified and Orange Sierra Leone approved Orange Money Master Agents, with a good command of spoken and written English, to submit their Expression of Interest to work with Concern Sierra Leone for the period 2026 to 2027.

Minimum Requirements

| 1 | Current, valid authorisation/approval as an Orange Money Master Agent, issued by Orange Sierra Leone |
| 2 | Good command of spoken and written English |
| 3 | Demonstrable liquidity/float capacity sufficient to support bulk cash-transfer disbursements |
| 4 | Adequate network of sub-agents and/or outlets, with a preference for coverage in Concern’s programme districts |
| 5 | Adequately resources in terms on staff working on the entity |
| 5 | Valid business registration and up-to-date tax compliance |
| 6 | No conflict of interest with Concern Worldwide staff or their close family members |
Prior experience in providing similar nature of service to INGOs will be considered an added advantage
Application Procedures
- There will be issuance of hard copies of application forms.
- Applicants can attach the required documentation (listed below) to an email sent to Procurement.SL@concern.net
- Alternatively, applicants may hand in physical certified copies of the required documents in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with their name and “Registration of Concern Sierra Leone Program Approved Orange Money Master Agents 2026 – 2027”, to our office at 28 Fudia Terrace, Spur Loop, Wilberforce, Freetown. Applicants must register their submission and provide their contact details in the Concern registration book at the point of hand delivery.
- All current Orange Money Service Providers to Concern Sierra Leone are required to drop their application at the above office address, whether applying online or in hard copy.
