Solicitation of Sealed Bids for the Provision of Goods and Services by Lot 

Organization: CAUSE Canada – Sierra Leone Partnership

Deadline date for Submission of Bids: 6th February 2026 

Call: CAUSE Canada Sierra Leone Partnership invites qualified vendors and suppliers to submit sealed bids prepared in English and inclusive of all applicable costs for individual items or the complete lot, with any clarifications to be requested no later than three working days before the closing date.  

Scope of Tender  

• • CAUSE Canada Sierra Leone Partnership reserves the right to cancel this call for quotations and declare all bids null and void, without prejudice and without obligation to provide justification to bidders. 
  • It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that their submission is received before the deadline for the submission of quotations. 
  • All quotations and accompanying documentation must be submitted in English. 
  • Clarifications may be requested up to three (3) working days prior to the closing date. All clarifications should be directed to  barb.mcintosh@cause.ca and bando.marah@cause.ca  
  • Suppliers may submit bids for individual items or for all items listed. 
  • Tenderers must provide a price quotation that includes all components of cost tax, customs and import duties, and any applicable discounts but excludes value-added tax (VAT). 
  • No items shall be delivered unless a Purchase Order (PO) has been issued or a contract has been duly signed. 
  • Only bids submitted at the above address will be considered. 

• Vendors and suppliers without updated legal business documents will not be considered.

Lot 1: Purchase and Delivery of Toyota Land Cruiser Vehicle 

Lot 2: Purchase and Delivery of TVS – Motor Bikes   

Lot 3: Purchase and Delivery of office laptop computers.
