INVITATION FOR BIDS 

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT  

EQUIPMENT AND TELEVISION SETS 

Procurement Reference: PSI-SL/2026/7/001 

Publication Notice: Population Services International Sierra Leone (PSI-SL) invites eligible,  qualified, and reputable suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of ICT  equipment and television sets for its projects. The required ICT equipment and quantities  are summarised below: 

Minimum Specifications: 

• Equipment must be new, genuine, unused, business-grade, locally supportable, and  suitable for office use. 
• All equipment must be compatible with a 220–240V AC, 50Hz power supply and  supplied with all standard accessories. 
• Laptops must include Windows 11 Pro, with a minimum of 16GB RAM and 512GB  SSD. 
• Printers must be monochrome laser multifunction printers with print, copy, and  scan functions. 
• Displays and television sets must meet the minimum specifications stated in the  complete bid document.

Full specifications are provided in the complete Invitation for Bid (IFB) document. 

The quantities stated are indicative requirements under this procurement and may be  adjusted in accordance with the final procurement needs of PSI-SL.

Alternatively, suppliers may  obtain the bid document in person at Population Services International Sierra Leone, 3 Fadika  Drive, IMATT, Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone. 

Last Date for Receipt of Requests for Further Information: 6 August 2026. Bid Submission Deadline: 14 August 2026 at 17:00 GMT, Freetown, Sierra Leone. 

Submission Method: Sealed bids must be hand-delivered to PSI-SL at 3 Fadika Drive,  IMATT, Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone, marked with IFB No. PSI-SL/2026/7/001 and  addressed to the Procurement Committee. Please sign and date the bid register at reception upon delivery. 

Important Notice 

PSI-SL reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, and is not bound to  accept the lowest or any bid. Late submissions may not be considered. All bids must comply  with the requirements stated in the complete Invitation for Bid document.
