PSI-SL invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of Six Hundred (600) Manual ARI Timers in one (1) delivery on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the PSI Sierra Leone “Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Services”.

Delivery Location: PSI–Sierra Leone, 3 Fadika Drive, IMATT, Hill Station, Freetown.

Bid Submission Deadline (Last Bid Receipt Date): 27 May 2026 at 17:00 GMT

Submission Method: Bids may be submitted by email or by hand delivery/courier. Email submissions should be sent to: procurement@psi-sl.org. Hand delivery/courier submissions should be addressed to: PSI–Sierra Leone, 3 Fadika Drive, IMATT, Hill Station clearly indicating IFB No. MAL2/PSI-SL/2026/4-01.

Minimum Requirements (Summary)

  • Item must be a Manual ARI Timer, brand new, unused, and free from defects.
  • Manual mechanical or manual–set timing mechanism
  • Audible and/or visible alert upon completion of timing cycle
  • Clear, easy-to-read time scale; accurate and consistent timing performance.
  • Durable casing; compact/portable; resistant to dust and minor moisture exposure.
  • Includes user instruction manual (English) and any standard accessories for normal operation.
  • Warranty: minimum 12 months from date of delivery.
  • Bid validity: at least 60 days from the submission deadline.

Interested bidders may request the full bidding document for free by emailing procurement@psi-sl.org and the picking of the bidding documents may be done during working hours from 9:30am to 17:00pm from Monday to Thursday at the same Physical address.

Requests for further information must be received no later than 18 May 2026 and should be submitted in writing to: procurement@psi-sl.org or at the same Physical address.

 

PSI-SL is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to accept any bid in whole or in part, or to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
