VACANCY: Full-Time Content Creator & Property Marketing Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Full-Time Content Creator & Property Marketing Officer to join our growing businesses.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content and managing marketing activities for our businesses, including:

* Real Estate (properties for rent, sale, and lease)
* Delivery Services
* Dating Services
* Skincare Products
* Other retail products

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Duties

* Operate a drone to capture professional aerial videos and photos of properties
* Shoot and edit high-quality property videos and images
* Accompany clients to property viewings
* Inspect properties and prepare marketing materials
* Post listings on social media and online platforms
* Respond to inquiries and assist with lead generation

Content Creation Duties

* Create engaging daily video content for all businesses
* Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
* Develop creative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns
* Manage and schedule daily social media posts

General Marketing Duties

* Promote skincare and other products through creative videos
* Design content that increases brand awareness and sales
* Monitor social media performance and trends

Requirements

* Proven experience in videography and video editing
* Ability to operate a drone (drone certification is an advantage)
* Strong knowledge of social media marketing
* Experience with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Must be reliable, creative, and proactive

Preferred Skills

* Graphic design experience
* Photography skills
* Driving ability is an added advantage
