N’domakeh Federation is a Registered National Non-Governmental Child Protection Organization that has been working in Kailahun, Kenema and Kono Districts since 2007 in partnership with ChildFund Sierra Leone and other partner organizations such as Save The Children Sierra Leone. The organization primarily works in nine chiefdoms in Kailahun District (Jawie, Malema, Njaluahun, Mandu, Dea, Upper Bambara, Jahn, Penguia and Yawei Chiefdoms). The major thematic areas of implementation for N’domakeh Federation are Health, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Agriculture and Livelihood and Advocacy etc.
Child Sponsorship remains the major funding stream for N’domakeh Federation, which is used to develop programs for implementation in its operational Communities. Additionally, Non-Sponsorship Funds and grants through ChildFund and Save the Children and other partners’ forms another cohort of funds received and utilized by the Federation.
We have been able to achieve these in mobilizing and building capacities of communities. To deepen our work in preventing and responding to Child abuse cases, N’domakeh Federation through ChildFund

N’domakeh Federation is therefore inviting the expertise of reputable, qualified and experienced Vendor/Company to pick up bid documents to fill in and submit for the purchase of one Vehicle as stated above.
Submission deadline: August 14h 2026 at 3:30 PM. Bidders/tenders are asked to submit one copy of all required documents. You are also requiring to send all required document to asamai@ndomakeh.org.sl and copy mkoroma@ndomakeh.org.sl
Bid opening: Bid opening date will be communicated to all Vendors who will submit bid a day before the said process starts. Each company or Vendor is required to send a representative for the bid opening at N’domakeh Federation office in Daru.
