Framework Agreement for the Provision of Hall Rental and Catering Service for a  Period of One (1) Year to Jhpiego Sierra Leone Country Office

JHPIEGO Sierra Leone invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible service providers to submit a tender to  enter into a framework agreement for the provision of Accommodation, Hall Rental and Catering Service for  a period of one (1) year. This ITT aims to enable JHPIEGO Sierra Leone to identify Service Providers capable  of providing high-quality Hospitality Service to support JHPIEGO’s Project Interventions in Sierra Leone. 

SCOPE OF SERVICES 

The purpose of this scope of work is to outline the services to be provided with clear specifications for the  establishment of Framework Agreement (FWA) for the Jhpiego Sierra Leone Country Office for a period of  one (1) year. 

Requirement: 

• Accommodation 
• Hall Rental and Catering Service 

Interested bidders can obtain the hardcopy bidding document for any of the Lots listed above at the JHPIEGO  National Office at #1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back of City Super Market), Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone,  or by sending an email request with the bid title, Provision of Accommodation (Hotels) and Provision Hall  Rental and Catering Service (Hotel and Restaurents) to slprocurement@jhpiego.org, starting from the 30th  October – 11th November 2026, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm daily. Please note that the  Jhpiego office will not be open during weekends or public holidays. 

2 TERMS OF THE PROCUREMENT   

2.1 PROCUREMENT PROCESS 

2.2 This competition is being conducted under the Jhpiego Open National Tender Procedure.  2.3 The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Jhpiego, Sierra Leone Office    

2.4 SUBMISSION OF TENDERS 

Tenders must be delivered in the following way:  

Bids must be submitted through email at slprocurement@jhpiego.org or hardcopy in a sealed envelope, marked Lot 1 – Provision of Accommodation, Hall Rental and Catering Service (name of the District) or Lot 2 – Provision of Accommodation, Hall Rental and Catering Service (name of the District) with  the words ‘not to be opened before the deadline, Thursday, 12th November 2026, at 4:30 PM via email  or in hardcopy’ to the Private Tender Box located at the Jhpiego office at 1 Sonia Drive, Hill Station (back  of City Super Market), Freetown, Sierra Leone.
