Request for Quotations (RFQs) for the supply of forty (40) Fabricated Cassava processing Machines in Bonthe, Falaba and Moyamba districts, Sierra Leone.

Action Against Hunger is inviting qualified and reputable Companies, Suppliers, Enterprises to submit bids for the supply of forty (40) Fabricated cassava processing machines. All technical accessories including cutting and putting together the different sizes of metal to produce a grater, and a dewatering plant with hydraulic pressure, to Bonthe, Falaba and Moyamba districts. 

Interested Suppliers/companies are encouraged to express their interests by submitting a detailed Financial and Technical specifications bids for the required fabricated machines. With the following updated and relevant documentation

  • Company/Business Profiles 
  • Valid Business Registration
  • Tax Clearance
  • Evidence of experience in previous similar supplies.
  • City/ district council Registration certificate
  • Warranty period of the machines
  • Brand and make of the machines
  • Filled signed and stamped ACF Quotation form attached
  • Filled, signed and stamped ACF Request for Quotations RFQs attached

Submission Instructions: Please submit your bids to the
Logistics Department.
