Advertisement Notice: Supplier Pre-Qualification 2025-2028

Rainbow Initiative (RI) is a leading national non-governmental organization committed to promoting and protecting the rights of women and girls in Sierra Leone, invites eligible and ethical suppliers to participate in its supplier pre-qualification exercise for the period 2025-2028.

This exercise aims to establish a reliable database of trusted vendors to support the operational needs of our offices in Freetown, Makeni, Bo, Kenema, Kono, Kambia, Port Loko, Magburaka and Mile 91 across the following service categories:

Pre-qualification Requirements:
Interested vendors must complete a Vendor Information Form (VIF) and submit valid copies of the following documents:

1. Certificate of Business Registration (valid for 2025)
2. Certificate of Incorporation (valid for 2025)
3. NRA Tax Clearance Certificate (valid for 2025)
4. City/District Council Certificate (valid for 2025)
5. NASSIT Clearance (valid for 2025)
6. Proof of experience working with NGOs (e.g., Purchase Orders or Contracts)
7. Company profile with contact details
8. Bank details and payment terms
9. Evidence of ethical practices and good governance

How to Apply:

Interested Vendors may collect a hard copy of the Vendor Information Form at the Rainbow Initiative reception located at 4 Williams Drive, SS Camp, IMATT and  across the Rainbow Initiative Centers, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM to  4:30 AM.
